What is the movie about?

Jesse Metcalfe portrays Jeff in the newest mystery. Jeff’s reputation for unofficially solving the island’s most dangerous crimes is growing. When Katie (Britt McKillip), a young waitress finds herself in contact with the wrong people, she calls on Jeff for his help. Jeff advises Katie to head straight to the police but she is too scared.

When Katie turns up dead – more specifically – poisoned, Jeff wonders if he could have helped her. Jeff teams up with Zee (Sarah Lind) and must unravel the dangerous plot Katie warned him about. The emergency case leaves Jeff and Zee very little time to discuss a kiss they shared in Boston. Meanwhile, back in Boston – the mystery deepens when Jeff and Andy (Nelson Wong) appear close to catching the person who shot Jeff.

Jesse Metcalfe as Jeff

Jesse Metcalfe is a well recognized actor in Hollywood. Most recently, he was seen as the lead in the thriller Hard Kill opposite Bruce Willis. He also has appeared in a number of Hallmark Channel productions. Metcalfe stars and executive produces the “Martha’s Vineyard Mysteries” movie franchise for Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and also starred in Hallmark Channel’s “Christmas Under the Stars” opposite Autumn Reeser and Clark Peters in 2019.

Sarah Lind as Zee

Sarah Lind is an award-winning actress. She has starred alongside Jesse Metcalfe before in other mystery movies for the Hallmark Channel. She also starred alongside famed actor Nicolas Cage in Humanity Bureau.

The 38 year old actress has been married since 2008 to her husband, Canadian actor and musician, Tygh Runyan.
