What is the Plot?

Tess Harper (Maggie Lawson) can do it all; she’s a successful doctor who has never met
a challenge she couldn’t handle with ease. When she travels from Boston to Chicago for her best friend’s four-day wedding event and learns the wedding planner has walked out, Tess is paired with best man Michael (Paul Greene), a divorce lawyer, to save the nuptials from one impending disaster after another. Tess and Michael are like oil-and-water from the moment they meet but as the pair works together throughout the week, they discover that not only are they not so different after all, but a strong attraction has developed between them. So, when Tess’ Boston based boyfriend shows up unexpectedly at the last minute she must make a life-changing choice between the bird in her hand or the potential for the true and lasting love she’s always dreamed of.

Where Was it Filmed?

My Favorite Wedding starring Maggie Lawson and Paul Greene was filmed in Vancouver, Canada. This is a very popular spot for many of the Hallmark Channel movies to shoot their original films. You will notice that the characters in the film are seen in a beautiful floral shop. It is actually the Maple Ridge Florist, which is actually a famous spot in Vancouver. “Christmas Joy” and “Road to Christmas” were also filmed at this florist, according to Country Living.
