Christmas CEO on Hallmark – What is the Movie About?
Christmas ‘Chris’ Whitaker (Marisol Nichols) has always wanted to bring joy through toys. When she was younger, she sold toys at her neighborhood Christmas stand with her best friend Joe Sullivan (Paul Greene). In college, they formed CJ Toys, making their dream a reality. As the company grew, Chris’ desires changed for the company, leading Joe to take a step back.
But, when she gets an offer from a mega company to become the CEO, she seeks out her ex-business partner Joe since she needs his signature. When Chris convinces Joe to sign the papers, he helps her make a life-changing discovery.

Marisol Nichols as Christmas ‘Chris’ Whitaker
Marisol Nichols found stardom in roles on shows such as Teen Wolf, Criminal Minds, NCIS, and 24. Perhaps her most prominent role though is of Hermione Lodge on the CW hit Riverdale. Her breakout role in film was alongside Chevy Chase in Vegas Vacation. Most recently, she starred in the Saw reboot Spiral.
She posted a behind the scenes Instagram, writing: “Too early? 🎄” It falls around the same time Hallmark movies typically begin filming, so it’s quite possibly from Christmas CEO. Check it out below:
Paul Greene as Joe Sullivan

Behind the Scenes of Christmas CEO
Hallmark Channel brings us behind the scenes of their new Christmas movie premiering in the 2021 lineup. “It’s really the story of toys and the love of Christmas and the love of these two kids,” the star Paul Greene says.
“This is my first main role for Hallmark,” Marisol Nichols says. “I usually do kind of dark projects,” she admits. “It’s nice to make something joyful,” she confesses. It looks like Marisol is tapping into some uncharted waters with this kind of film, however Paul Green her co-star sees the talent inside her.
“Marisol is really funny, she has endless energy!” he said.
Is the chemistry you see real between the two of them?
It is for Marisol! She said “it’s hard to portray the role when you don’t have on-screen chemistry with someone but we do, so it’s really fun.”
