A Christmas…Present was revealed to be Candace Cameron Bure’s first Christmas movie with the Great American Family (GAC) network. It will star Candace Cameron Bure opposite Marc Blucas for the 2022 Christmas lineup.
In A Christmas…Present, Bure plays Maggie Larson, an overly scheduled real estate agent and Type-A mom who takes her family to spend Christmas with her widowed brother and his daughter. Maggie and her brother have decidedly different expectations for the holiday. Through a series of transformative events, Maggie learns to embrace the reason for the season.

The Los Angeles based actress is best known for her role as DJ Tanner in the sitcom Full House and later reprised her role in Netflix’s Fuller House. She is also known as the Queen of Christmas after starring in multiple successful Christmas movies for the Hallmark Channel.
Since Candace departed the network, she is exclusively with GAC now. The 46-year old is excited to make her GAC debut with A Christmas…Present.
Marc Blucas as Eric Larson
He plays Eric Larson, Maggie’s husband. Marc is an American actor hailing from Pennsylvania. He is best known for his roles on Buffer the Vampire Slayer and Underground.
The 50 year old actor has been married to his wife Ryan since 2009.
Candace says they have a no phone policy while on the set of her new Christmas movie. If you follow Candace on Instagram, you know how active she is on the platform. She admits she is inline with this rule but is struggling with it at the same time because she wants to share and update her fans on everything.
According to Candace, her co-star Marc Blucas isn’t a fan of social media. While she wants to film some Instagram stories with him, it hasn’t happened just yet though she is determined to get him in something!

Candace’s TV daughter in A Christmas…Present brought her a tall iced tea while on set.
Candace got her co-star Marc to finally agree to a short behind the scenes video while on set. Marc and Candace look so happy! They are both sporting their ugly Christmas sweaters.
Candace shared a scene of the family sitting around the dinner table with Mark Blucas at the head of the table. Also seated is Caleb Reese Paul and Claire Capek (who will play Candace’s daughter).
