Lifetime is airing Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story as part of their 2022 lineup. It is a follow up to 2021’s Lust and Envy seven deadly sins films. Likewise, it’s also produced with Bishop TD Jakes. What is Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story About?

Single lawyer Chastity Jeffries (Michelle Williams) meets Xavier Collins (Antonio Cupo). He seems to be everything she is looking for in a partner. Xavier is handsome, smart, and also a lawyer. Soon, she is swept up by his passion. Everything seems perfect for the couple.

But, his affection soon turns to obsession. Not to mention, his wrath leads to dangerous behavior. Chastity realizes this and confides in her mother Sarah (Tina Knowles-Lawson). Then, she turns to to her former childhood boyfriend Roger Thompkins (Romeo Miller) for help. But, in the end, she’ll have to fight to save herself.

Who’s in the Cast of Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story?

Michelle Williams as Chastity Jeffries

Michelle Williams is a singer and actress. She is best known for being a part of the girl group Destiny’s Child. Michelle joined the group in the early 2000s. It consisted of her, Beyoncé, and Kelly Rowland. After singing, she transitioned into acting. Fans will know her from Hallmark’s Christmas in Harmony. Lastly, she released a memoir and podcast called Checking In. Michelle is candid and talks about life with her celebrity guests. See a snippet of her podcast below.

Michelle also posted a behind the scenes look at Wrath. She attempted to do her own stunts for the film. In the video, you’ll see her and costar Antonio Cupo. He “was in for the fight of his life😂” she joked on Instagram.

Antonio Cupo as Xavier Collins

Antonio Cupo is a Canadian actor. Similarly to costar Michelle, Antonio’s starred in Hallmark movies. Those titles include Love At The Thanksgiving Day Parade, Hats Off To Chistmas and For Better or For Worse. He’s worked with many notable names in the entertainment industry. James Cameron, Steven Spielberg, Penelope Cruz, and Meg Tilly are just a few of those people.

Last year, Antonio added executive producer to his resume. He produced not one but two Hallmark movies: Raise a Glass to Love

and Coyote Creek Christmas. “It was an absolute honour to executive produce,” he wrote on Instagram.

Tina Knowles-Lawson as Sarah

Tina Knowles-Lawson is Beyoncé’s mother. But, she is also a designer and philanthropist. Tina established brands House of Deréon and Miss Tina. This is her TV film debut. Apparently, she got to play with hair color for her role. “Often wondered what I would look like with Black hair and grey streaks. Well I got to see for the movie ‘Wrath'” she wrote.

Romeo Miller as Roger Thompkins

Romeo Miller is a rapper, actor, and TV personality. He began his career as Lil Romeo, releasing albums in the early 2000s. From 2003-2006, he portrayed the titular character on Nickelodeon’s Romeo! Since then, he transitioned into more adult roles. Guest spots on Famous in Love and Paper Empire are a couple examples. But, Romeo’s also the CEO of RL Studios, and co-founder of Drewy Co. He’s even hosted MTV’s Ex on the Beach.

On Valentine’s Day this year (Feb. 14, 2022), Romeo became a new dad. His girlfriend Drew Sangster welcomed a daughter. “Meet Baby R! 🇯🇲🇩🇴🇺🇸,” he captioned the photo.

The very next day, he wrote “Daddy is all smiles. 💕” He loves being a girl dad.
