Hallmark Channel continues to roll out movies for its annual Spring into Love event with the premiere of When Love Springs on May 6, 2023. Starring Rhiannon Fish and James O’Halloran, the film follows a woman who fake dates the future owner of the B&B she’s staying at after a panicked run-in with her ex-boyfriend. What is When Love Springs about?
Rory Richards (Rhiannon Fish) is a junior PR executive with a big promotion on the line. Hoping to mellow out, she heads to a quaint bed and breakfast on Lilac Lake with her parents and sister. Her mom and dad are going to renew their vows in the place they first met. While there, Rory runs into her ex, Jason (Callan Colley). Panicked, she says the B&B’s future owner, Noah (James O’Halloran), is her new boyfriend. Luckily for Rory, Noah has problems of his own. The B&B is failing and his father is ready to sell. To save his family legacy, Noah’s invited a famous travel blogger to review the place. But, he’s not ready with the rebrand of the B&B to capture its charm. So, Rory and Noah strike up a deal. She’ll lend her PR expertise if he continues to go along with the impulsive lie of being her fake boyfriend. As they work together to get the B&B ready, real sparks start to fly between this fake couple.

Rhiannon Fish as Rory
Rhiannon Fish is a Canadian actress known for The 100, Neighbours as well as Home and Away. Later, she appeared on Australia’s Dancing with the Stars. Fish is a familiar face to Hallmark fans, recently starring in films such as A Splash of Love, Nikki & Nora: Sister Sleuths and A Picture of Her.
Rhiannon was dating her The 100 co-star Richard Harmon after meeting in 2019, but the duo haven’t posted much of each other on social media recently. So, it’s unclear if they are still together in 2023.
James O’Halloran as Noah
James O’Halloran is an Australian model and actor. In 2014, he won a nationwide casting call and became the second male model on The Price is Right. In Australia, he kicked off his acting career, starring in Twentysomething, Offspring and INXS: Never Tear Us Apart. Guest star roles include: The Young and the Restless, The Catch and Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders.
James met wife Jaimee Gooley in Melbourne. They married in 2016.
