What is The Winter Palace about?

Emily (Danica McKeller), a novelist with a severe case of writer’s block gets the chance to finish her book at an empty winter chateau. She is surprised when the property’s owner, a prince named Henry (Neal Bledsoe), decides to come stay as well. Will this cohabitation lead to sparks flying between the duo?

Luke Marty and Jennifer Wigmore also star as Fritz and Ms. Tilson, respectively. T.W. Peacocke directed The Winter Palace; Greg Rossen and Brian Sawyer did the screenplay.

Who’s in the Cast of The Winter Palace?

Danica McKeller as Emily

Danica McKeller is known for The Wonder Years, Young Justice and various made-for-TV movies. GAC fans may recognize her from 2022’s Christmas at the Drive-In, also starring Neal Bledsoe. Outside of acting, McKeller is an education advocate and mathematics writer with 4 nonfiction publications. She was married to Michael Verta from 2009-2012, with whom she shares a son named Draco. In 2014, she married Scott Sveslosky.

Neal Bledsoe as Henry

Neal Bledsoe is known for his main role on Ironside, and guest spots on The Mysteries of Laura, Shameless, Smash and NCIS: New Orleans. As mentioned above, Bledsoe starred in the 2022 GAC film Christmas at the Drive-In with Danica McKellar. You can see some of their outtakes during promo shooting below. The 42-year-old has also directed a short film called Primary.
