‘The Perfect Pairing’ is an original Hallmark Channel movie. Hallmark has released a whole lineup of brand new movies for their 2022 programming schedule. This premiere follows last weekend’s premiere of Where Your Heart Belongs. ‘The Perfect Pairing’ airs on January 15, 2022.
What is The Perfect Pairing About?
The influential and anonymous food and wine critic, Christina (Nazneen Contractor) finds herself at a winery she panned in the past. In hopes to leave before anyone finds out who she is, she runs out of there but slips on ice and bangs her head. A single father, Michael (Brennan Elliott) takes Christina in while she recovers and tries to jog her memory. In the process, Christina takes an active role in helping Michael and the Hollingbrook Family as they prepare for their annual wine tapping party. Will sparks fly between these two?

Nazneen Contractor as Christina
Nazneen Contractor is an Indian-Canadian born actress. She is best known for her role as Layla Hourani on CBC’s The Border and as Kayla Hassan on 24.
The 39-year old actress has been married since 2010 to her husband, Carlo Rota. The couple share two children together. Nazneen wished her husband Carlo a very happy Father’s Day on Instagram of a photo with their two children and pup. “Happy Father’s Day to the man who does it ALL with so much love. Best husband. Brennan Elliott as Michael
Brennan Elliott is a Canadian born actor. He has been in numerous Hallmark Channel movies as well as portraying Dr. Nick Biancavilla in the Lifetime medical drama series, Strong Medicine.
The 46 year old actor has been married to his wife, Cami since 2011. The couple share two children together.

Brennan participated in the Christmas Con in the 2021 holiday season. He snapped a quick mirror selfie as he waited in his New Jersey hotel room. “Happy Friday everyone! Where was the Movie Filmed?
The Perfect Pairing was shot on location in Ontario, Canada. The cast filmed the movie on the very prestigious grounds of the Peller Estates Winery. If you are interested in visiting, the Peller Estates Winery retail portion is open to the public daily from 10am – 7pm, according to their official website.
