Swing Into Romance is a new original movie premiering on Great American Family Channel (GAC) on October 7, 2023. Swing Into Romance Plot
Former dancer Christine Sims (Danica McKellar) returns to her hometown in time for the town’s Fall Festival. While there, she discovers her family’s General Store is in trouble. In her efforts to save the business, Christine will need to dust off her dancing shoes one more time. Plus, she comes face-to-face with her ex-fiancé Alex (Gleb Savchenko), and maybe even finds love along the way with Matthew (David Haydn-Jones).

Danica McKellar as Christine Sims
Danica McKellar is an American actress. Notable roles include The Wonder Years and Young Justice. McKellar is a familiar face to GAC fans. She starred in The Winter Palace and Christmas at the Drive-In. Upcoming for her is Royal Christmas Ball on Great American Family. From 2009-2013, Danica was married to Mike Verta. In 2014, she married husband Scott Sveslosky. Her son Draco is from her first marriage.
David Haydn-Jones as Matthew
David Haydn-Jones is a British American Canadian actor. One of his most recognizable roles was on Supernatural. David actually co-starred with Danica on a different made-for-TV film called My Christmas Dream in 2016. Other films he’s done include Bridal Wave, A Cookie Cutter Christmas and Love Under the Rainbow.
Gleb Savchenko as Alex
Gleb Savchenko is a Russian-American dancer, choreographer, and model. Aside from appearing on the US version of DWTS, Gleb’s also appeared on the UK, Australian and Russian versions of the show. From 2006–2020, Savchenko was married to Elena Samodanova, and has two children. He’s currently in a relationship with model Elena Belle.
