Starring Natasha Burnett and Viv Leacock, the film follows an antiques expert searching for a locket while fighting her attraction to the town sheriff. What is Legend of the Lost Locket about?

Amelia Scott (Natasha Burnett) is an antiques expert on the hunt for a long-lost locket. Legend has it that it will grant the wearer true love. Her late mother started the quest and Amelia wants to see it through. Her search takes her from London to a small town in Massachusetts, where she immediately clashes with Sheriff Marcus Forrest (Viv Leacock). Marcus begins to question her motives and interest in the town’s history. After a rocky start, Sheriff Forrest begins to recognize what acquiring the antique could mean to the local community. So, he joins Amelia in the race to find the locket before their competition beats them to it. As their pursuit continues, their feelings for each other grow. Amelia and Marcus’ search takes them all over Boston, but can they follow their hearts to the ultimate treasure of true love?

Who’s in the cast of Legend of the Lost Locket?

Natasha Burnett as Amelia Scott

Natasha Burnett starred in When Calls the Heart and The Journey Ahead for Hallmark. She was born in England, but moved to Australia to pursue acting before eventually settling in Canada. A stint on Lifetime’s Unreal got her noticed, and soon she was booking jobs such as Harvest Moon, iZombie and The Bridge. As a bonus, Natasha will get to use her native British accent to portray London-based Amelia. In addition to acting, Burnett also sings. She’s always active on social media, especially Instagram and Twitter.

Viv Leacock as Marcus Forrest

Viv Leacock appeared in When Calls the Heart for Hallmark, as well as Cruel Instruction on Lifetime. The Vancouver-based actor has an impressive list of credits to his name, including I Spy, Are We There Yet?, Are We Done Yet?, This Means War, and Hallmark’s Hailey Dean Mysteries. Leacock is married to wife Divina with whom he has three children, Vienna, Lennox and Elias. A fun fact is that Viv actually starred alongside Natasha in When Calls the Heart – they portrayed husband and wife onscreen. Now, they are reuniting for this Hallmark Channel original movie.
