Learning to Love is a new original movie premiering September 2, 2023 on Great American Family Channel (GAC). It will join other originals such as 10 Steps to Love and Dream Wedding. Starring Ina Barron and Philip Boyd, the film follows a widower who hires a nanny to help with his daughters. Plot, cast, photos, trailer and more are below.

What is Learning to Love about?

Harry (Philip Boyd) and his two daughters lose faith after his wife and daughters’ mom passes. The family hires a nanny and are pleasantly surprised by Steph (Ina Barrón) who brings never-ending warmth, positivity, and faith into the home.

Who’s in the Cast of Learning to Love?

Ina Barron as Steph

Ina Barron is an American actress and audiobook narrator. She appeared in films such as A Lesson of Love and Legacy Peak, as well as guested on TV shows like Royal Pains and Bones. Ina studied at the University of Colorado Boulder and is bilingual (she speaks Russian). When she’s not working, Barron enjoys traveling.

Philip Boyd as Harry

Philip Boyd is an American actor and director. Notables include The Haves and The Have Nots, General Hospital and Days of Our Lives. In film, Boyd appeared in You’ll Never Leave Me, The Singles Guidebook, Deadly Due Date and Anniversary Nightmare. The 48-year-old was born in Atlanta, Georgia and according to his Instagram bio, is a “golf nut.”
