Hearts in The Game Plot

Hazel Miller (Erin Cahill) is a New York City publicist looking to build her empire. Diego Vasquez (Marco Grazzini) is a New York Mets pitcher who froze during a World Series game. He’s also the guy who shattered Hazel’s heart in high school. When she’s tasked with spinning Diego’s image, it’s a personal and professional challenge. As Hazel takes him back to Ohio to deal with what they left behind, can they repair their relationship? Or, is it all a thing of the past?

Hearts in The Game Cast – Who’s Who?

Erin Cahill as Hazel Miller

Erin Cahill is an American actress who has over 100 credits to her name. Her breakout came portraying the pink ranger in Power Rangers: Time Force. Since then, Erin’s become a familiar face to Hallmark fans. She starred in seven movies, including 2022’s Christmas Bedtime Stories.

Alongside husband Paul Freeman, she raises funds to help build schools with the buildOn organization. They recently finished work on a school in Guatemala, which Erin posted about on Instagram.

Marco Grazzini as Diego Vasquez

Marco Grazzini is a Canadian actor who starred in the popular series Virgin River for Netflix. He’s also known for his roles on Kim’s Convenience, The Murders, The Magicians and The Flash. For Hallmark, Marco starred in the film Right in Front of Me. Other credits include Lifetime’s Christmas Unwrapped and Netflix’s Good Sam.

Earlier this month, Marco and longtime girlfriend, actress Alvina August announced they are going to be parents. “💕AUGUST 2023💕♾🦁👍🏽,” Alvina captioned the photo and tagged Marco.
