Bringing Christmas Home is a new original movie on Great American Family Channel (GAC). It’s part of the network’s annual Great American Christmas movie lineup. Starring Jill Wagner and Paul Greene, the film follows a professor and antique store owner who team up to return artifacts to their rightful owner. Retired military officer turned Military History professor Caroline Upton (Jill Wagner) is assisting antiques store owner, Russell Carlisle (Paul Greene). Their task is to find the family of WWII Army officer Orin Newton before Christmas with the hope of returning precious personal artifacts. These include: Orin’s dress uniform, medals, and a stack of love letters from his beloved Alice who waits for him back home. Epaulettes and insignia provide initial clues. But, then Caroline discovered Orin was captured and listed as MIA. Caroline and Russell then search the love letters for clues as to what happened to Orin and whether he ever made it home to Alice.

Jill Wagner is an American actress. She hosted the hit competition show Wipeout from 2008 to 2014. Since then, the 44-year-old actress appeared in numerous made-for-TV movies with Hallmark, such as The Mystery 101 series. Jill also has two Great American Family films on her resume – A Christmas Miracle for Daisy and A Merry Christmas Wish. Currently, she stars in Special Ops: Lioness for Paramount+. Wagner married David Lemanowicz in 2017, and they have two children together.
Paul Greene as Russell Carlisle
Paul Greene is a Canadian actor. He is a familiar face to Hallmark movie fans, starring in A Christmas Detour, A Wish for Christmas and Christmas CEO, just to name a few. For GAC, Greene appeared in I’m Glad It’s Christmas. Other credits include Harry’s Law, Wicked Wicked Games, Bitten and When Calls the Heart. Paul was married to Angi Fletcher from 1996 to 2012, but they divorced. They have one child from their marriage. Since 2019, he’s been in a relationship with Kate Austin, with whom he has a child.
