‘Baby, It’s Cold Inside’ on Hallmark Channel – Cast, Premiere Date, Trailer Video, Plot

The Hallmark Channel is airing a brand new original movie, “Baby, It’s Cold Inside.” It airs after successful premieres of Right In Front of Me and Hearts Down Under. The original movie movie stars Steve Lund and Jocelyn Hudon.

‘Baby, It’s Cold Inside’ Plot

What is the movie about?

Jocelyn Hudon plays Hanna in “Baby It’s Cold Inside.” She is a top-level travel agent who is asked by her company to forgo her family holiday cruise and go to the Ice Hotel to research it as a vacation spot. Not wanting to travel all alone, Hanna convinces her best friend Phoebe (Kathryn Kohut), to get away after her recent breakup.

When the two friends arrive at the Ice Hotel, Hanna is dazzled with all the icy wonders. She met Ben (Lund), the designer and co-owner. Hanna and Phoebe take full advantage of the vacation destination, enjoying the luxuries from the outdoor spa to snowshoeing. When Phoebe begins to rekindle things with her ex-boyfriend, Hanna in turn starts spending more time with Ben.

When a hotel reviewer checked in to Ice Hotel, Hanna and Ben work together to make sure he has the best stay possible. Along the way, Hanna finds herself falling for Ben. Will Hanna’s doubts and insecurities take hold of her or will she find the confidence to make her dreams come true?

Who is in the ‘Baby, It’s Cold Inside’ Cast?

Jocelyn Hudon as Hanna

Jocelyn Hudon is best known for her roles in Guillermo Del Toro’s “The Strain” and her loading role in “When Hope Calls.” She was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. When she was young, she trained as a ballerina and performed at the National Ballet School of Canada since age 11. She holds a college degree in communications and public relations.

Jocelyn, 26, is a dog mom to this precious pup. Take a look!

Steve Lund as Ben

Steve Lund is known best for his role as Nick Sorrentino in the series, “Bitten.” He was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and attended the Vancouver Film School. When he moved to Toronto, he was cast in TV shows like “Blue Mountain State” and “Hemlock Grove.”

Kathryn Kohut as Phoebe

Kathryn is no stranger to Hallmark Channel. Fans may recognize her from her roles in “Christmas Scavenger Hunt” and in the Lifetime television movie, “Mistletoe and Menorahs.” She is also a native of Canada – particularly Wetaskiwin, Alberta. When she decided to follow her passion, Kohut moved to NYC to study at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She currently lives in Toronto, Canada and works as an actor.

At the end of January of 2021, Kathryn posted a photo of the Hallmark Channel movie cast on location. She captioned the photo, “Picture Wrap! First movie of 2021. Love this crew so much and so grateful. A beautiful start to the year.”
