What is Aloha Heart about?

Aloha Heart follows Manu (Kanoa Goo), a Hawaiian conservationist who knows his family’s hotel needs to make big operational changes. His family resists his costly suggestions, wanting to stay competitive with bigger resort hotels on the islands. Sara Hamilton (Taylor Cole) is the maid of honor in her friend’s wedding, which is being held at Manu’s hotel. She desperately wants to get her foot in the door of environmental protection. When she meets Manu, she suggests lots of ways to make the hotel sustainable. But, her overzealous approach rubs him the wrong way.

However, leading up to the wedding, Manu and Sara discover they are kindred spirits. Manu needs help getting his family on board with hotel ideas; Sara needs to make equal time for work and life. When they pair up, they find out that they make a great team. As they work together, an unexpected love for each other enriches their dream of making the world a better place.

Taylor Cole as Sara Hamilton

Taylor Cole is an American actress. Her works include various Hallmark movies such as Long Lost Christmas and Pumpkin Everything. Other titles are: One Winter Weekend, Falling For You, South Beach Love and The Ruby Herring Mysteries trilogy. You may also recognize Taylor from her roles on TV’s Summerland or The Event. Cole is married to husband Cameron Larson. 

Kanoa Goo as Manu 

Kanoa Goo is an American actor. Recent credits include roles on ABC’s The Rookie and CBS’ Fire Country. Additionally, he appeared in the film I Was A Simple Man and the production Sanctuary City at Pasadena Playhouse. Upcoming for Kanoa is the indie film Chaperone. The Hawaii-born actor now calls Los Angeles home. When he’s not working, Goo enjoys spending time with family and friends.
