Actress, Alexa PenaVega is married. She married her husband, Carlos Pena in 2014. The couple have been together for 7 years now. She was married one other time to Napoleon Dynamite producer, Sean Covel for 2 years from 2010 to 2012.
Alexa and Sean married in a ceremony in his hometown of Lead, South Dakota. In July 2012, she announced her divorce from Sean via Twitter.
One short year later, Alexa became engaged to Big Time Rush actor Carlos Pena, Jr. Alexa and Carlos got married in a beautiful ceremony in January of 2014 in Mexico. Alexa’s maiden name was Vega and since Carlos’s last name is Pena, they combined the names and both go by PenaVega as their official last name now.
They have two children together and are expecting a third, which was announced in December 2020.

Alexa and Carlos have both starred in Hallmark Channel movies, together a few times and a few separately. Most currently, Alexa will be starring in “Taking a Shot at Love” opposite Luke Macfarlane.

She may play a ballet teacher in Taking a Shot At Love, but is she a dancer in real life? Sort of! In the fall of 2015, she did take part in ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” for season 21. She was paired with pro dancer, Mark Ballas. They finished the competition in 6th place.
