A Tale of Two Christmases Plot

Emma (Kat Barrell) is an architect in Chicago who plans to go home to Vermont for the holidays. Thanks to some Christmas magic, she gets to experience two different Christmas paths. In the first, Emma misses her flight home and spends the holiday with a new crush named Max (Evan Roderick) in Chicago. In the second, she makes the trip home and enjoys time with her family and friends, including Drew (Chandler Massey), a longtime friend who may have feelings for her. Emma’s double holiday ultimately helps her learn a lesson about what will truly make her happy in life and in love.

Kat Barrell as Emma

Kat Barrell is a Canadian actress known for her roles in Wynonna Earp and Hallmark Channel’s series Good Witch. Last year, Kat starred in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film A Godwink Christmas: Miracle of Love. In 2017, she married Canadian actor Ray Galletti. In September 2021, Kat gave birth to their son Ronin. 

Evan Roderick as Max

Evan Roderick wasn’t always an actor, but he always had a passion for it. After playing years in the British Columbia Hockey League, Evan pursued acting. You may have seen him in Netflix’s series Spinning Out, or Lifetime’s Secrets of a Marine’s Wife and V.C. Andrews’ Landry Family. Most recently, Evan starred alongside Aimee Teegarden in Hallmark Channel’s Autumn in the City

. When he’s not acting, Evan also plays guitar and sings.

Chandler Massey as Drew 

Chandler Massey has starred in Days of Our Lives, as well as their spinoffs on Peacock called Days of our Lives: Beyond Salem and Days of Our Lives: A Very Salem Christmas. Hemade his Hallmark debut in the 2021 movie Next Stop, Christmas, and was most recently seen in Heart of the Matter on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. In 2018, he graduated from UCLA with his acting credits and lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Chandler’s currently in a relationship with Stephanie Bennett.
