A Fiancé for Christmas: What is the Movie About?
Sawyer (Amanda Payton) is single, and decides to make a fake wedding registry as the ultimate retail therapy. But, when the town throws her a surprise bridal shower, she hides the truth out of embarrassment. She finds a fake fiancé to help her navigate everything, but when feelings develop, Sawyer may have found the real deal. Adam Gregory and Marie Osmond also star in the movie.

Amanda Payton as Sawyer
Amanda Payton is an actress known for her roles in United States of AI, Code 404, and Trial & Error. She has two films – The Guardian and The Morg – in post and pre-production, respectively. Recently, Amanda guested on the popular NBC series Chicago PD as a love interest for Kevin Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins) named Celeste.
She posted about her appearance, writing a fun Instagram caption: “That feeling when you meet the perfect guy but he’s lying about his job and working you to further a case 👀 #Relatable @nbcchicagopd @nbconechicago #ChicagoPD”
Her co-star LaRoyce commented an equally entertaining response: “I only work the ones I like a lot 😏.”
Adam Gregory as Landon
Adam Gregory has an interesting resume. He’s been in a number of different projects, from an Ashley Tisdale music video, to shows like 90210, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Law & Order: SVU. He held minor roles in films 17 Again and Hannah Montana: the Movie
Marie Osmond as Margaret
Marie Osmond is a woman who wears many hats. She’s an actress, singer, philanthropist, and talk show host. She’s also a member of the famous family business called The Osmond’s. While she was never in their singing group, she gained success as a solo artist. She actually has a new album coming out on December 10 called Unexpected.
