A Biltmore Christmas is an all-new original Hallmark Channel movie that’s part of the network’s annual Countdown to Christmas event. It premieres on November 26, 2023 and stars Bethany Joy Lenz and Kristoffer Polaha. A Biltmore Christmas follows a screenwriter transported back to a 1947 film, where she meets and becomes close with the leading man. What is A Biltmore Christmas about?
Lucy Hardgrove (Bethany Joy Lenz) is a screenwriter. She is hired to pen the script for a remake of the beloved holiday movie classic, His Merry Wife. However, the studio dislikes the ending Lucy wrote. So, they send her to the Biltmore Estate for research. Upon arrival, she’s welcomed and shown around by Biltmore employee Winston (Jonathan Frakes). While at Biltmore, she discovers the ability to travel back to the 1947 movie set thanks to an hourglass. It’s there Lucy meets Jack Huston (Kristoffer Polaha), one of the film’s stars. They spend time together and become close. But, her sudden appearance set off a chain of events that puts production in jeopardy. Can Lucy make things right before returning to the present? Or, will she alter the future forever?

Who’s in the Cast of A Biltmore Christmas?
Bethany Joy Lenz as Lucy Hardgrove
Bethany Joy Lenz recently starred in Good Sam, was a series regular on Pearson and appeared in the Hallmark Channel original movie An Unexpected Christmas. One of her most notable roles is that of Haley James Scott on the popular WB/CW series One Tree Hill. Additionally, Bethany (better known as Joy) went on to star in numerous Hallmark films, including Five Star Christmas, Bottled with Love, Just My Type and A Valentine’s Match. She also starred in Snowed-Inn Christmas and Poinsettias for Christmas on Lifetime. The 42-year-old actress currently co-hosts Drama Queens with former OTH co-stars Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton, and runs a broadsheet newspaper called Modern Vintage. Joy’s released a number of songs and albums during her career as a singer too. She was married to Michael Galeotti from 2005-2012, with whom she has one child.
Kristoffer Polaha as Jack Huston
Kristoffer Polaha appeared in We Wish You a Married Christmas for Hallmark and the feature film Jurassic World: Dominion. He starred in the CW series Life Unexpected, which coincidentally did a crossover episode with Lenz’s One Tree Hill. Kristoffer appeared in the 2022 Lifetime original movie Buried in Barstow. Polaha has also starred in Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ Mystery 101 franchise, as well as Hallmark Channel’s A Winning Team and A Dickens Of A Holiday! The 46-year-old actor is married to wife Julianne Morris with whom he has three kids.
