Shellie Sterling portrays April, a young woman who ends up fighting for her life after a night out at a party. She and her best friend, Brittney (Kate Edmonds) were both at the party. When April drank a little too much, she stumbled into a ride share to take her home in her drunken state. However, she quickly realized the driver was acting suspiciously.

The girls have a terrifying encounter when they are then dragged to a cement room and are told “listen to the doctor.” The driver’s plan all along was not to bring April back home, but to steal her organs to sell them on the black market.
