What is Fallen Angels Murder Club: Friends to Die For About?
Hollis Morgan (Toni Braxton) is a member of the Fallen Angels Murder Club. This is because she meets the two requirements: must love books, and have a criminal record. Hollis served time for insurance fraud. But, it was all her ex-husband’s idea.
Nevertheless, Hollis wants to become a lawyer, so she hopes the court will pardon her conviction. But, when a member of her book club is murdered, Hollis is immediately suspected. After a second book-inspired murder, she knows she has to do something. So, she sets out to track down the killer before she becomes the next victim.

Toni Braxton as Hollis Morgan
Toni Braxton is a singer-songwriter. But, she ventured into TV and film too. She sold over 70 million records and is a legend in the R&B genre. In addition, she founded cosmetic line Nude Sugar. It is exclusively at Ulta.
She was married to Keri Lewis from 2001–2013. Toni has two sons: Diezel Ky Braxton-Lewis and Denim Cole Braxton-Lewis. In February, she praised her sons on Instagram. “So proud of you boys for doin’ your thing out in Milan for @diesel during Fashion Week,” she wrote.
Toni often posts throwback videos to Instagram of her career. In one video, she wrote: “A little 🔥 🔥 to warm you up on this chilly fall day #TBThursday.”
Eddie Cibrian as Avery Mitchell
Eddie Cibrian is an actor. He’s known for Sunset Beach and Third Watch. Recently, he starred alongside Katharine McPhee in the Netflix series Country Comfort. You may also know him from Take Two or Rosewood.
Eddie’s been married to country singer LeAnn Rimes since 2011. He was previously married to Brandi Glanville from 2001–2010. He has two sons named Jake and Mason. For National Sons Day, he posted a tribute to his kids writing: “My boys 💛💛 #nationalsonday #nationalEVERYday.”
He also posts about his wife, LeAnn. “Birthday Girl! 👸🏼 💛 Here’s to another year of reaching new heights, my LovE 🚀 #happybirthdaytoyou 🎶(Stevie) #3tothe9 #spaceship” he wrote.
