What is Holiday Hotline about?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Abby Mitchell (Emily Tennant) enjoys cooking and helping others. So, when she moves to Chicago from London, she takes a job with “Holiday Hotline,” a phone line dedicated to helping people make the perfect Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys. When she first begins work, Abby realizes her British accent may not connect with callers. She creates the character “Peggy” with an Americanized voice instead. One of her first callers is “John” (Niall Matter) a widower who\u2019s trying to prepare a big holiday meal at home to make his young daughter happy. Later on, Abby meets Jack \u2013 aka \u201cJohn\u201d \u2013 in the real world. Neither recognizes the other, so she sees no issue starting to see him more often. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As “John” continues calling the hotline, “Peggy” helps him and they connect over the phone. Simultaneously, Abby becomes drawn to Jack’s family, but feels guilty since “Peggy” is connecting with a stranger. This leaves her feeling like she’s dating two people. When Abby finds out that her two love connections are with the same person, she\u2019s conflicted. As Christmas approaches, Abby\u2019s two identities come to light. Will Jack think she’s been lying to him? And most importantly, does he have feelings for the “real” her? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
