What is My Christmas Guide about? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Trevor (Ben Mehl) is a college professor who recently and suddenly lost his sight. He is raising his daughter Annie (Ava Weiss, \u201cWhen Hope Calls\u201d) as a single dad, and is shaken by this incident. To make matters worse, a construction project at his work poses danger for him. So, the department head advises him to take some time off until the project is complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concerned for her dad, Annie convinces him to visit Best Friend Dog Guides, a facility that trains seeing-eye dogs for the vision impaired. There they meet Peyton (Amber Marshall), who introduces them to the perfect guide dog named Max. As Peyton trains Max with Trevor, the two bond as Peyton helps Trevor regain confidence. But, when Trevor\u2019s forced to take leave from the university because of the construction, his trust in Max is tested. Trevor must get outside of his comfort zone. But, he will have to turn to the support of others, including Peyton, to restore his confidence in his abilities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
