Ellie (Ashley Williams) is a classically trained pianist who gave up her passion and now works at a hotel in the city. She always seems to be getting things wrong when musical inspiration strikes. Her best friend Leo (Luke Macfarlane) lives on the outskirts of British Columbia, Canada. He\u2019s an author who can\u2019t finish the next installment in his series because of writer’s block. Realizing they both need a change of scenery as autumn sets in, they decide to swap places. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As they adjust to their new surroundings, Ellie helps Leo\u2019s neighbor Sam (Marcus Rosner) and Leo meets Ellie\u2019s friend Matt (Peter Porte). While helping Sam with the musical performance for the local fundraiser, Ellie comes to terms with why she quit music years ago. Meanwhile, as Leo gets to know Matt, he opens himself up to writing something different. These newfound friendships turn into something more meaningful as Ellie and Leo enjoy the autumn season. They both soon discover their hearts belong somewhere very different than they ever thought possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
