The 33-year-old is also an accomplished singer and theater performer. Thanks to his education at Carnegie Mellon, Corey’s able to adapt his style to whatever suits his character. Whether that’s portraying a musician in a rock band, or taking on a coveted Broadway lead, he does it with effervescence and dedication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Mississippi native, Corey now splits his time between New York City and Atlanta, Georgia. He’s booked and busy, and for good reason: the actor has an impressive resume. Making Waves is his second credit with Hallmark Channel. His first was the 2022 film, Butlers in Love. In terms of television, Corey recurred on The Good Fight, and did guest spots on series like The Equalizer and Chicago Med. Plus, he was a lead in the short-lived show Filthy Rich, alongside Kim Cattrall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corey Cott’s star power shines brightly on stage too. After graduating college and moving to New York, he booked the role of Jack Kelly in the Broadway musical Newsies.
