The winning couple must be married quickly because the groom (Drew Henderson, \u201cCandid About Love\u201d) is being deployed and the bride (Matreya Scarrwener, \u201cMid-Love Crisis\u201d) finishes grad school in a few weeks. When they choose The Wedding Cottage for their special day, Vanessa doesn&#8217;t know it&#8217;s been closed for years and is in disrepair. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evan Sutherland (Brendan Penny), the artist who inherited the cottage from his grandmother, is using it as a temporary living space while he tries to figure out his next masterpiece. He has no intention of reopening, but Vanessa is determined to get her clients their dream wedding, and wants to restore the cottage. She uses her charm to convince Evan to repair the place and builds relationships with Stony Brook residents to create a magical wedding for the bride and groom. She graduated from the esteemed Juilliard School and is a classically trained actress. Another role fans may know Erin from is her recurring role on Lifetime&#8217;s Army Wives. In addition to When Calls the Heart, she&#8217;s starred in a variety of movies for Hallmark including A Summer Romance, Sense,&nbsp;Sensibility&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Snowmen and It Was Always You.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When she&#8217;s not filming in Vancouver, she resides in LA.
