Noel Next Door<\/em> follows hardworking single mom Noelle (Natalie Hall) as she discovers her son Henry ((Callum Shoniker) has been scolded by an irritable neighbor known as Mr. Geir. The thing is that Mr. Geir is actually Jeremy (Corey Sevier), who’s really just the misunderstood “scrooge” of the neighborhood. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unbeknownst to Noelle, the handsome man she serves at her diner is Jeremy, and the two have an immediate spark. After another run-in at the pharmacy, both of them know their chemistry is strong. But, Jeremy’s not sure if a woman like Noelle could fall for a man like him. When he doesn’t ask her out, Noelle is disheartened. Just when it seems like they’ve missed their chance, a final run-in with Henry makes them see that this connection is worth pursuing over the holidays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
