What is Autumn in the City about?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Piper Grant (Teegarden) moves to New York for a fresh start and to find her career passion. As she bounces between different exciting temp jobs that take her all over the city, she meets Austin Edwards (Roderick), an aspiring writer hoping to emerge from the shadow of his famous journalist mother (Colleen Wheeler, Tully). While Piper\u2019s sunny optimism is at odds with Austin\u2019s jaded personality, the magic of the autumn season soon brings them closer together. When Piper realizes her true passion is illustration, they decide to team up on a children\u2019s book project, and in the process, discover what they\u2019re really searching for just might be each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is an American actress from Downey, California. Aimee starred as Julie Taylor in the NBC drama Friday Night Lights. The 32-year old actress has been in a number of Hallmark Channel movies. Most recently, she starred in Heart of the Matter for the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
