My Southern Family Christmas Plot
Campbell (Jaicy Elliot) has a chance to get to know her biological father Everett (Bruce Campbell) for the first time – without him ever knowing who she really is. She goes to town pretending to be a journalist writing a story about a tight-knit community that makes Christmas special. As she spends time with Everett and his family, as well as Jackson (Ryan Rottman), the town’s record keeper, she realizes that families are messy, wonderful things. In the end, Campbell must decide if she’s going to keep her identity a secret or reveal the truth to her father – a decision that will change their family Christmas forever.

Jaicy Elliot as Campbell Wallace
Jaicy Elliot is an actress known for her role as Dr. Taryn Helm on the long-running medical drama series Grey’s Anatomy. Recently, she was seen alongside Benjamin Hollingsworth and Candice Huffine in the Hallmark Channel original movie Romance in Style.

Ryan Rottman as Jackson Shepherd
Ryan Rottman is an actor known for a variety of TV roles including Gigantic, 90210, The Lying Game and Happyland. Last year, he starred in Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Christmas for Keeps.
He was in a relationship with real estate agent and model Shelby Bay, but they broke up sometime in 2019. It appears he’s been single since then, spending lots of time with friends, golfing, vacationing, etc.
