Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp (1/2 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, microwave the cream cheese for about 10 seconds to soften it. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix with a whisk or spatula until it forms a smooth paste.
- Dissolve Sugar: Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and whole milk until the mixture is fully combined and the sugar has dissolved completely.

- Process: Remove the pint from the freezer and take off the storage lid. Place the pint in the outer bowl assembly, attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the outer bowl lid, and lock the lid onto the bowl. Place the bowl assembly into the Ninja Creami machine and twist the handle to lock it in place.
- Spin: Select the ICE CREAM function and let the machine process the frozen base.
- Re-spin (if needed): After the cycle is complete, if the ice cream has a crumbly or powdery texture, add a tablespoon of milk and select the RE-SPIN function to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Add Mix-ins (optional): If you wish to add mix-ins (like chocolate chips or crushed cookies), create a 1.5-inch wide hole down the center of the processed ice cream, add your mix-ins to the hole, and process again using the MIX-IN program.
