Hallmark Movies & Mysteries is airing an all-new original movie called Long Lost Christmas on November 19. Starring Taylor Cole and Benjamin Ayres, the film is premiering as part of their Miracles of Christmas event. Details on the plot, cast, photos and more are below.

Long Lost Christmas on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries Plot

This Christmas, interior designer Hayley (Taylor Cole) plans to surprise her mother Patricia
(Jaqueline Ann Steuart), with the perfect holiday present: the extended family she knows her mom yearns for. While she thinks they’re fine alone, Hayley has recently discovered the existence of a lost relative, Patricia’s brother. Hayley hopes to find him and reunite the two siblings for Christmas, so she travels to Denver to chase a lead on a man named Gordon (Grant Vlahovic), who owns a cabin construction company and who just might be her uncle. She’s charmed when she meets Gordon, his daughter Brianna (Stephanie Van Dyk) and Jake (Benjamin Ayres), the property manager.

As Hayley tries to discover whether Gordon is actually her long lost uncle, she begins to fall in love with the idea of extended family, the charm of the town and Jake. However, when she learns the circumstances surrounding the siblings’ separation, Hayley has second thoughts and decides to abandon her mission. Gordon, on the other hand, is happy to finally have a lead on finding Patricia – but will he be able to bring the family together in time for Christmas?

Meet the Cast of Long Lost Christmas

Taylor Cole as Hayley

Taylor is a fixture on Hallmark’s networks. She’s been in a number of Hallmark Channel films like Making Spirits Bright, South Beach Love and One Winter Wedding. For Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, fans will know Taylor from the popular Ruby Herring Mysteries

. Outside of Hallmark, she was a series regular on NBC’s The Event and The WB’s Summerland.

She married husband Cameron Larson in 2020. Yes, during quarantine! Fun fact: he’s also a Hallmark producer! Taylor called her special day: “My real life Hallmark love story.”

Benjamin Ayres as Jake

Benjamin is known for starring as Dr. Zachary Miller in the CTV/NBC series
Saving Hope. He’s been featured in a variety of Hallmark movies including Love by Chance and Color My World with Love. Guest spots on TV shows like The Vampire
Diaries and Flashpoint round out his credits.
