Who is Christian Howard?

1. Christian Howard is an actor from England.  He was born in Sunderland near Newcastle in the UK.  However, he now lives in Los Angeles.

2. He fits into Venice Beach like a natural! In 2022, he was filming a movie for Lifetime so he got to wear the red swim shorts every day.  On break, he would take a stroll on Venice Beach in California looking beach ready complete with the beach hair and shades.

3. Christian worked as an assistant fight choreographer and doubled for Jean-Claude Van Damme on UFO.

4. He always expressed his interest in playing the role of He-Man in Mattel’s Masters of the Universe.

5. When he trains, he trains hard! This is Christian back home in England at the Zone Gym getting ready for a photo shoot.  He made sure to apply lots of baby oil for that extra shine!

Is Christian Howard Married?

There is very little information on Christian’s love life.  However, in 2019 he posted a photo with Lyric Everly on a motorcycle, dressed in a tux along with Lyric in a wedding dress.  He had fans congratulating him but others weren’t sure if this was real or for a photo shoot.  Our guess is that it was a photo shoot.

What is the Movie About?

Murdaugh Murders: The Movie follows the twisted true story of Alex Murdaugh played by award-winning actor Bill Pullman (The Sinner, Halston), who was found guilty in the double homicide of his wife, Maggie and his son, Paul. For over 100 years, the wealthy and powerful Murdaugh Family were a local dynasty in the South Carolina low country, where they oversaw the prosecution of all criminal cases in the state’s 14th circuit district. But behind all the power, black ties, and fancy dresses Alex had many secrets…

Even with all of Alex’s influence, he couldn’t prevent The Murdaugh Family’s legacy from being tarnished after Paul was involved in a boating accident that left a young girl dead. While Maggie was consumed with what was happening with Paul, Alex was hiding his addiction to opioids and stealing insurance settlements from his own clients to fund his habit and the family’s lavish lifestyle. Then in June 2021, Maggie and Paul were found murdered and eyes began to turn to Alex. The bizarre story continued when Alex was nearly shot in the head and his indiscretions and lies began to surface, leading to the eventual unraveling of Alex Murdaugh’s once charmed life.

Who’s In the Movie?

Bill Pullman as Alex Murdaugh

Bill Pullman is Alec/Alex Murdaugh in the Lifetime movie. He portrays the father of Paul & Buster and husband of Margaret who is a lawyer living in South Carolina.

He is a 69 year old actor from Hornell, New York.  Bill is the son of James, a physician and Johanna, a nurse.

Bill has been married to his wife, Tamara Hurwitz since 1987.   She was a modern dancer. Together, they have three children; Lewis, Jack and Maesa.  Lewis is an actor and Maesa and Jack are singer-songwriters.

You may recognize him for his roles in While You Were Sleeping, Casper, Independence Day, and Spaceballs.  He played the love interest of Sandra Bullock named Jack in While You Were Sleeping, the 1995 hit movie.  

Curtis Tweedie as Paul

Curtis Tweedie is Paul Murdaugh aka “Timmy” in The Murdaughs: The Movie on Lifetime.  He portrays the youngest son of Alex and Margaret.  

Curtis is in a relationship and the couple together have a dog.  He made the announcement of his role alongside Bill Pullman in the Lifetime movie on his Instagram.

Who is Eli Weaver?

Eli Weaver lived with his wife Barbara Weaver in Apple Creek, Ohio.  They had been married for 10 years and had 5 children together.  Barbara and Eli were part of the conservative Christian Amish community.  

The couple had a troubled marriage.  Eli’s wife was a bit aware of Eli’s affairs and battled with his infidelity.   He would often meet his girls online in chat rooms.  He went by the name of “Amish Stud.”

One of his affairs was with the taxi driver for the Amish.  Her name is Barb Raber.  Both Eli and Barb conspired to kill his wife Barbara so they could “be together” as Eli promised Barb.  

After Barbara Weaver was found shot to death in June of 2009, it wasn’t long before they found who her killers were.  Eli Weaver and Barb Raber were arrested and convicted for murder.  Raber got 23 years to life.

How Did Barbara Weaver Feel?

Eli’s wife Barbara Weaver had quite a difficult life.

She couldn’t believe the person he turned into.  This was not the man she first married.  In a letter shared online that she wrote to a counselor, Barbara Weaver expressed her innermost thoughts.  She wrote, “Where did my friend, love, trustworthy husband go to? He hates me to the core.”

Barbara Weaver is remembered by her friends as “a very friendly, sociable person, and a gentle soul.”

What Was Eli Weaver’s Relationship Like with Barbara Raber?

Investigators learned what Eli was up to in the weeks prior to his wife’s murder.  He was actually asking his girlfriends to kill his wife.  However, most of them thought he was just kidding with them.  That was, until he was able to convince Barbara Raber to do it.

Using his charm, Eli Weaver was able to manipulate Raber as she performed over 800 searches online looking for ways to kill Barbara Weaver.  She was so head over heels for Eli that she dismissed the fact that she herself had a husband and three children.

Where is Eli Weaver Now?

Eli Weaver is currently serving his 15 year sentence in prison.  He is in an all-male facility.  

Documents show he has had a variety of jobs during his prison sentence including program aide, reception worker, trash crew worker and more.  

Apparently Eli has written to his parents, but they haven’t responded.  They don’t want anything to do with their son after his wife’s murder.  However, his children do come to visit their father in jail.

What is the movie about?

Elizabeth Thomas (Summer Howell) was just a 15-year-old high schooler who wanted to make friends when she caught the eye of Tad Cummins (Michael Fishman), a trusted, beloved and married high school teacher. Making her feel safe and loved, he groomed Elizabeth for months, and ultimately coerced her to go on the run with him after another student reported seeing him kiss Elizabeth. 

Elizabeth’s abduction set off a nationwide manhunt and her over month-long ordeal came to an end when the pair was discovered in northern California and Cummins was arrested. After enduring sexual abuse at the hands of Cummins, Elizabeth was left to face those in her home town who thought that she was responsible for her own kidnapping. Ultimately, Elizabeth bravely stood up in court and helped send the teacher she once trusted to prison.

Who is Melanie McGuire?

Melanie McGuire was born on October 8, 1972, in New Jersey, USA. A bright and ambitious woman, she pursued a career in nursing, ultimately becoming a licensed nurse in the early 2000s. Melanie married William T. McGuire, a computer programmer, in 1999, and the couple seemed to have a typical suburban life with two young children.

What was her Relationship like with Her Husband, William T. McGuire?

At first glance, Melanie and William McGuire appeared to be an ordinary couple living a seemingly happy life. However, behind closed doors, their marriage was far from picture-perfect. As the years went by, financial struggles and rumors of infidelity plagued their relationship. Allegations of Melanie engaging in an extramarital affair with a doctor at the hospital where she worked further strained their already troubled marriage.

The Shocking Murder

On April 28, 2004, the world was stunned by the gruesome discovery of William McGuire’s dismembered body. The police found his remains in three suitcases that were dumped in the Chesapeake Bay. The investigation into his death led authorities to focus their attention on Melanie as a prime suspect due to the couple’s strained relationship and her alleged affair.

The Trial and Conviction

During the trial, the prosecution presented a compelling case against Melanie McGuire, claiming she murdered her husband to end their troubled marriage and start a new life with her lover. The prosecution pointed to financial troubles and a lack of motive for anyone else to commit the crime. Additionally, forensic evidence, including ballistics, tied Melanie to the murder weapon.

The defense, however, maintained Melanie’s innocence, suggesting that she was being framed for the crime or that someone else committed the murder. They argued that the evidence against her was circumstantial and lacked concrete proof of her guilt.

After a high-profile trial that gripped the nation, Melanie McGuire was found guilty of murder, manslaughter, and illegal possession of a firearm. The court sentenced her to life in prison with a minimum of 50 years before being eligible for parole.

Where is Melanie McGuire Now?

Melanie McGuire is serving her life sentence at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in Clinton, New Jersey. She maintains her innocence to this day and has appealed her conviction multiple times, but as of the last update, these appeals have been unsuccessful.

Melanie and Bill have two sons. The boys were handed over to Bill’s sister, Cindy and she has custody. As far as it has been reported, Melanie has not seen the boys since her sentencing.

“My Diary of Lies” Movie Plot

Natalie, a high school senior, is facing challenges while adjusting to her new school due to her mother Caroline’s job transfer. However, her life takes an unexpected turn when she encounters Mr. Rex, a charismatic teacher, and Madison, the cheer captain. Natalie’s fortunes seem to improve when she successfully makes it onto the prestigious cheer squad. However, she soon realizes that this world of privilege and excitement is also marked by dangerous and reckless behavior, leading to the tragic death of one of her teammates.

Troubled by the circumstances surrounding this incident, Natalie discovers that another cheerleader had died shortly before she joined the squad. This revelation raises concerns in her mind that these deaths might not be mere accidents. To document her suspicions, Natalie confides in her diary. Yet, her worries intensify when she realizes that her diary has gone missing, leaving her anxious that her entries may have been tampered with or taken out of context.

As the situation worsens and the people around Natalie turn against her, Caroline, her mother, feels compelled to step in. Determined to clear her daughter’s name and prove Natalie’s innocence in the face of these mysterious cheerleader deaths, Caroline takes it upon herself to intervene and seek the truth.
